2. Your agreement

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Your order total will be confirmed before payment is processed. We accept payment via Shopify Payments and PayPal.

5. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled and any payment will be refunded in full.

6. Subscriptions

Subscription plans (Marble Essential and Marble Signature) are subject to a minimum 6-month commitment. By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments at the stated interval. Cancellation terms are outlined in our Subscription Cancellation Policy.

7. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
