Subscription Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all subscription plans offered by Marbles & Diamonds London, including Marble Essential and Marble Signature.
Subscription plans
By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
Marble Essential — £10 per month. One boxer delivered every 3 months. Minimum commitment of 6 months.
Marble Signature — £9 per month. Two boxers delivered every 6 months. Minimum commitment of 6 months.
Minimum commitment
All subscription plans carry a minimum commitment period of 6 months from the date of your first payment. During this period, your subscription cannot be cancelled and payments will continue as scheduled.
How to cancel
After your minimum 6-month commitment has been fulfilled, you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@marblesanddiamonds.com. Please provide at least 30 days' notice before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period.
Refunds on subscription payments
Subscription payments that have already been processed are non-refundable. If a product has already been dispatched as part of your subscription, it cannot be recalled or refunded except in the case of a faulty or incorrect item.
Pausing a subscription
If you need to pause your subscription, please contact us at hello@marblesanddiamonds.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to your minimum commitment terms.
Changes to subscription terms
We reserve the right to update subscription pricing or terms. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the changes take effect.
