Subscription Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the Marble Club, the subscription offered by Marbles & Diamonds London, and to gifted Marble Club memberships.

The Marble Club

By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

Marble Club — £12 per month. One Essentials Pack (one Obsidian and one Larimar boxer) delivered every 4 months. Minimum commitment of 6 months.

Minimum commitment

The Marble Club carries a minimum commitment period of 6 months from the date of your first payment. During this period, your subscription cannot be cancelled and payments will continue as scheduled.

How to cancel

After your minimum 6-month commitment has been fulfilled, you may cancel at any time by contacting us at info@marblesanddiamonds.com. Please provide at least 30 days' notice before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period.

Gifted memberships

A gifted Marble Club membership is paid once, in full, at the time of purchase. It covers 6 months and two Essentials Pack deliveries. It does not renew and no further payments are taken. At the end of the 6 months, the recipient may choose to join the Marble Club at £12 per month.

Refunds on subscription payments

Subscription payments that have already been processed are non-refundable. If a product has already been dispatched as part of your subscription, it cannot be recalled or refunded except in the case of a faulty or incorrect item.

Pausing a subscription

If you need to pause your subscription, please contact us at info@marblesanddiamonds.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to your minimum commitment terms.

Changes to subscription terms

We reserve the right to update subscription pricing or terms. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the changes take effect.
