Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from Marbles & Diamonds London. If something is not right, we will do our best to resolve it.

Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason.

Please note: due to the nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns on items that are completely unworn. For hygiene and health protection reasons, any item that shows signs of wear cannot be accepted for return, regardless of packaging. Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

To request a return, please contact us at orders@marblesanddiamonds.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at orders@marblesanddiamonds.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs, at no charge to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order.
