What materials are your boxers made from?

Our boxers are crafted from a premium 93% cotton, 7% spandex blend. Combining natural softness with the flexibility needed for everyday movement. The fabric is breathable, supportive, and designed to retain its shape over time, while every detail, from the waistband to the stitching, is refined for lasting comfort.

 

How do I find my size?

Our boxers are available in sizes S, M, L and XL. 

For the most accurate fit, we recommend using your waist measurement:

  • Small (S) - 28–30” (71–76 cm)

  • Medium (M - 32–34” (81–86 cm)

  • Large (L) - 36–38” (91–97 cm)

  • Extra Large (XL) - 40–42” (102–107 cm)

If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

How does the Marble Club subscription work?

The Marble Club is our members-only subscription, designed to deliver consistency without compromise. Members receive a duo pack of boxers every 4 months for £12 per month, with a minimum 6-month commitment.

This structure allows us to maintain our standard of quality while offering a more considered, effortless way to stay stocked.

All orders are carefully packaged to reflect the standard of the product inside.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription after the 6-month minimum term. To cancel, please contact us at info@marblesanddiamonds.com.

 

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express options are available at checkout.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the UK and to a selection of international destinations.

As we continue to grow, additional countries will be introduced in line with our commitment to delivering a consistent, high-quality experience worldwide.

 

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please visit our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

 

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear that has been worn or removed from its original packaging.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.
