All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly so your order arrives in good time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.

UK delivery

We offer standard UK delivery on all orders. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days from dispatch. Delivery is free on all orders.

International delivery

We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by location, typically 5–14 business days from dispatch. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at orders@marblesanddiamonds.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
